LFC Reading provides literacy education resources, parent guides, and optional tutoring sessions for families. Membership tiers include a free plan and paid plans (Literacy Guides, Initial Tutoring Session, and Weekly Tutoring Sessions). The specific features available to you depend on your selected plan.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@literrific.com of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Payments and Refunds
Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. All fees are in US dollars. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods, but we will work with you in good faith to resolve any billing concerns. 5. Intellectual Property
All content on LFC Reading — including text, PDFs, guides, articles, and other materials — is the property of LiTerrific Inc. and is protected by copyright. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own family's educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without our written permission.
6. Tutoring Sessions
Tutoring services are provided by LiTerrific-certified specialists. Session scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling are subject to the policies communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to substitute tutors when necessary and to discontinue tutoring services with reasonable notice.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Share, resell, or redistribute paid content to others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Upload or transmit any harmful, abusive, or offensive content
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable. Educational outcomes will vary based on individual circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiTerrific Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
